Safety and Prevention
Welcome to the Safety and Prevention Team! Our team of occupational health and safety experts, both certified and in training, consists of specialists such as a Labor & Organization Expert, a Secondary and Higher Safety Expert, and an Occupational Hygienist. Although each of us has our own expertise, we work closely together and complement each other where necessary.
Beliefs of the Safety and Prevention Team
Together, we strive to prevent and limit risks for employees in the performance of their duties. We offer expert advice and support in the field of working conditions and psychosocial work stress.
Prevention is our main goal. This includes: advice on working conditions and psychosocial workload, the Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E), and in-depth studies.
The RI&E and the resulting Action Plan form the basis for a healthy and safe working conditions policy. By implementing the RI&E, we promote a safe working environment, reduce health complaints, lower absenteeism, and limit accidents. A healthy workplace leads to greater job satisfaction and higher productivity.
In addition, we conduct specialized studies in areas such as psychosocial workload, hazardous substances, physical strain, and noise.
