Preventive Medical Examination
A vital organization starts with vital employees. Healthy, energetic, and motivated employees are not only more productive, but also contribute to a healthy working atmosphere and are less likely to be absent from work. The Preventive Medical Examination (PMO) or Periodic Occupational Health Examination (PAGO) can be a good starting point. During this examination, we assess the overall health of the employee (on a voluntary basis). These examinations give employees insight into their health and any areas of concern, enabling them to take more targeted steps towards a more vital life.
