Our project management, thorough preparation, and provision of information (to both employees and employers) combine to ensure the highest possible participation rate and an effective PMO. We work with you to go through all the necessary steps to ensure that the preventive medical examination (PMO) or periodic occupational health examination (PAGO) is tailored to your organization and employees. For example, we often request the RI&E to have it checked (again) by company doctors. We then translate the PAGO advice from the RI&E and identify the possibilities for linking various PMO elements to it. In addition to completing questionnaires in advance, a personal consultation takes place after the physical measurements have been taken. This is where the change begins.

From insight to intervention and assurance
Following the implementation of a PMO, our sister labels within the paraDIGMA group can deploy a wide range of interventions, both individually and in groups.
